Due to a groin injury, forward Taiwo Awoniyi of Nottingham Forest will be out for roughly two months.
The 25-year-old has been sidelined since suffering the injury in January 4's 1-0 away victory for Forest over Southampton at the St. Mary's Stadium.
Awoniyi scored the game's winning goal and was replaced 20 minutes from the end because of groin pain.
The international player from Nigeria will be sidelined for two months, according to a foot mercato journalist.
Awoniyi currently shares the league lead in goals scored for the team with four from 16 league games.
Steve Cooper’s side are looking to bring in Chris Wood on loan from Newcastle United to bolster their attack in his absence.
