Cristiano Ronaldo, unarguably one of the best player in the world, was on another level on Friday night when Portugal was taking on Spain.
Ronaldo scored a hatrick, his first goal was through a spot kick before firing a shot pass Manchester united goalkeeper and curling a free kick pass De Gea in the 87 minute.
With this, the real Madrid talisman has taken his total hatricks to 51 and he'll be the fourth player to score in 4 world cups consecutively and he is the first player in history to score in eight consecutive major tournaments (World Cup, European Championships, Copa America).
Cristiano Ronaldo is the oldest ever player to score a World Cup hat-trick and his free-kick was the first that he has scored from a direct free-kick in a finals tournament, from what was his 45th attempt (World Cup & Euros combined).
There is no stopping this man, as he keep proving age is not a barrier. The world cup just begun.
