Ronaldinho, a former PSG player, has revealed why Lionel Messi is struggling at the club.
After his contract with Barcelona was not renewed, Messi joined PSG on a free transfer last summer.
The Argentina captain has struggled to make an impression at the Ligue 1 giants in France.
PSG fans recently booed the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner after their Champions League defeat at the hands of Real Madrid.
PSG surrendered a two-goal aggregate lead in the second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu, and the Argentina international had a quiet game.
However, Ronaldinho, a former Barcelona teammate, says Messi is struggling at PSG owing to a lack of 'adaptation,' after spending several years at Camp Nou.
"However, I believe it will be difficult for Messi, who comes this season after many years playing a completely different style of football, at a team that has always played the same way."
Ronaldinho was reported by Sportskeeda as saying, "It simply lacks adaption, but the rest will come naturally."
