Christy Ucheibe, a midfielder for the Super Falcons, can not contain her excitement after Benfica won the Portuguese Super Cup.

Sporting Lisbon was defeated by Benfica in a shootout, 3-0.

In the end of regulation time, the score remained 1-1.

“God did it again! All glory to you Lord👑,” Ucheibe wrote on their X handle.
“To all the BENFIQUISTA family thank you for your endless support as always much love ❤️
“Work continues; let’s go to Benfica.”

The defensive midfielder was a member of the Super Falcons team that competed in the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2023.
