According to Sky Sports, Wout Weghorst has ended his Besiktas loan and is traveling to Manchester United to finalize his loan move from Burnley.
The 30-year-old was on loan at the Turkish club but will now sign for the Red Devils until the end of the season.
Weghorst visited the Besiktas offices on Thursday morning to sign papers to terminate his loan agreement at the club.
United's manager, Erik ten Hag, has been in the market for a striker since Cristiano Ronaldo’s contract was mutually terminated during the World Cup after his explosive interview on Talk TV.
However, Weghorst must be registered by Friday at 12 p.m. for him to be available for the Manchester derby on Saturday.
