Rivers United will face Tunisian Club Africain, Dreams FC of Angola, and Academica do Lobito of Angola in Group C of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The draw ceremony took place in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Friday afternoon.

The top two teams in the group will earn a berth in the quarterfinals.

Rivers United made the quarterfinal stage of the competition last season.

To maintain Nigeria’s continental football coefficient, the Pride of Rivers must get into the knockout round of the competition.
