Nigerian forward Cyriel Dessers was thrilled to score his maiden goal for Scottish Premiership club Rangers.
Dessers was on target in the Light Blues 2-1 win against Swiss club Servette on Wednesday night.
The 29-year-old shot blank on his official debut for Rangers against Kilmarnock last weekend.
The striker reflected on what was a personal moment for him after the UEFA Champions League qualifying fixture.
“That moment was unbelievable. Of course, you dream of scoring at Ibrox in front of this crowd, and to feel the emotion, it’s amazing, and it is an amazing feeling,” Dessers told Rangers TV.
“I am happy that it was an important goal that we got a win out of.”
Rangers will travel to Geneva for the reverse fixture next Tuesday.
