The development was disclosed by the command's Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, who took to social media to share the news on Thursday. According to Hundeyin, the police initiated an investigation following reports of alleged production and circulation of fake drinks by the suspects.

During the raid conducted by officers of the Isokoko Division, the four individuals suspected to be the brains behind the illegal distillery were apprehended. Additionally, a significant quantity of fake drinks, along with empty bottles and labels representing various brands, were seized as evidence.
